Baradin Hold (10 man) Tank Photos

Okay so today i ran Baradin Hold 10 Man, with my GM and some pugs, This is the new Vault of Archavon, pretty much you have 3 trash mobs to clear before fighting the boss. Sorry i didnt get pics of the trash but i'll update later. The trash is fairly easy you have the raid stack in front to minimize damage done you your tank, they also place a debuff that enhance Arcane damage done (im guessing this is the reason you stack together) you share the damage with the tank.

Okay so, im playing the role as Main Tank, considering how much threat bear tanks pull in Cata, i have to watch out not to pull threat off my warrior Off tank or chance are i will cause a wipe, especially on the boss fight. What we do is mark both tanks Orange Circle and Purple Diamond each tank is to stand on a side Left or Right, Assign a 5 man team for each stack point.

Okay so when we engage the Boss the Warrior tank starts off, he really needs the initial threat in order to keep up with me. Just to help DPS cause this boss does have an enrage timer, i dps in Cat form and apply all my bleeds when the warrior is tanking. As i see the boss casting his first spell (Meteor Slash) which apply a debuff to the tank with threat that will kill him if he eats more than one slash, i taunt after the boss gives the tank the debuff so that i save my Off tank and his team on his side. Along with Meteor Slash the boss throws out a magic debuff that MUST be dispelled the dispels on this fight must be PRIME and are very important. His second ability is called FEL FIRESTORM he will unleash tons of fire on the floor which the raid must spread out and avoid death to fight (Kind of like that Meteor from Helion in Ruby Sanctum).

 Okay so after a wipe, and replacing the mage with another priest healer, we downed him (with me switching to cat for on tank swaps). After you learn the slash and dispel and spread out for Fel Firestorm thats all there is too the fight, you should only get 2 FIRE STORMS or else its pretty much a wipe after the second one, the boss will enrage and poop all over the raid.

So yeah he died, Shaman Legs dropped and Hunters Vicious Glad epics dropped no DRUID LOOT!!! =(! *TEAR*!!!!! But all in all i enjoy doing this raid and hope that everyone else had a good time learning the fight congratz to the winners of loot. Thanks for reading!
